Havas Group presenta a Cannes l’Edge Performance Network. Avviata la seconda fase della ‘Together’ strategy

Havas Group held its annual press update this morning from the Havas Café in Cannes during the International Festival of Creativity. Yannick Bolloré (in the picture), Chairman & Ceo of Havas Group and Chairman of Vivendi, announced the successful integration of the Havas Group into Vivendi and the launch of the second part of Havas Group’s ‘Together’ strategy.

Launched in 2013, the ‘Together’ strategy transcends the traditional separation between creative and media in order to guarantee an agile, seamless and fully integrated service to clients. To ensure the success of the strategy, Havas Group brought together all communication disciplines – creative, media, digital, activation, events, public relations – under one roof to create Havas Villages. 52 of these now exist around the world, each is unique but they all share a common ethos and the same integrated and collaborative approach.

After the completion of the building of the Villages, the Group is now entering into the second part of its ‘Together’ strategy. This second part will involve the streamlining of its offerings into powerful verticals without losing the advantage of integration. This has led to the expansion of the Annex model, an ambitious growth plan for the AMO network, the global expansion of Edge Performance Network, the creation of the Havas Events international experiential network and the launch of global Crm network Havas Helia.

Last week the Group announced in London its plan to invest €100 million over the next five years to bolster the leadership position of AMO, the international strategic advisory network of corporate and financial communications consultancies. The investment by Havas Group reflects AMO’s commitment to continuing to serve the growing needs of the network’s blue-chip clients, by combining the deep local knowledge that the individual AMO agencies provide with a highly collaborative international approach to strategic corporate communications.

Havas Group has created an international powerhouse for Performance Marketing, the Edge Performance Network. The Edge Performance Network is vertically integrated, offering clients experience and expertise in all aspects of performance marketing, from analytics to strategy, creative and production, media planning and buying across all channels, as well as the industry’s best attribution and modeling capabilities. Led by Performance Marketing giants Havas Edge, All Response Media and Revenue Frontier, the network is expanding in North America and Europe, with 8 offices located in Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Boston, London, Leeds, Amsterdam, and a newly launched All Response Media office in Paris.

Havas has brought together its events agencies in Paris, Milan, Shanghai and New York to create the Havas Events international network. The ambition for the Havas Events brand is for it to become the go-to experiential network for advertisers looking to create meaningful and memorable experiences and conquer international markets. As both pure and team players, the agencies have already made their mark on their respective markets, designing and staging events for international clients such as l’Oréal, LVMH, Orange, Coca-Cola, Huawei, Roland Garros (FFT), Jeep, Moncler, Dom Pérignon, Alpine, Audemars Piguet, Exxon Mobil, KPMG, MSC Croisières, Oppo and HNA.

Havas Helia is a 100+ powerhouse providing Crm strategy and implementation, loyalty programmes and marketing technology consulting and game-changing creative with an analytic bent.
