The Pitch, insieme a Publicis una campagna per l’inclusione

Creative Spirit, an Australian-based non-profit, launches its first US-based campaign, The Pitch, by Publicis and in partnership with production powerhouse Independent Media.

The PSA calls on all creative companies, performing arts agencies, and affiliates to take the pledge to employ more individuals with disabilities by the year 2021. In this joint effort, Creative Spirit and Independent Media deliver a compelling message to the advertising community on the importance of enacting diversity and inclusivity — and the competitive advantage it gives companies as a result. Inclusion isn’t just about morality; it’s a smart business move.

Independent Media’s Ned Benson directed the four spots comprising the campaign.

The campaign highlights some of the most respected minds in the advertising industry, including: Jeff Kling, Cco of Fallon Minneapolis; Pete Favat, Cco of Deutsch; Jeff Benjamin, Ecd of Barton F. Graf; and Jamie Robinson, Cco of Joan Creative. The creatives have just pitched to a prospective new client and are asked to explain the process and what it felt like to win their biggest pitch of the year. But what does the client think? The Creative Spirit participants weigh in, and it’s revealed that the execs didn’t win on their own merit, but rather because their team consists of the unique, fresh perspectives the Creative Spirit individuals bring to their agencies.
