Following the appointment of Florian Adamski as Ceo and Colin Gottlieb as Chairman in September 2017, OMD Worldwide elevates next generation of talent with key digital and analytical skills into pivotal global leadership positions.
Explaining the move, Adamski said in the press release: “Media agencies need to significantly ramp up their ability to improve the return of marketing spend and be a lot more agile in delivering value in a rapidly changing marketing environment. Achieving this will be highly dependent on credible best-in-class experts that have proven their ability to drive client’s business results by utilizing modern marketing tools. OMD will consistently identify and foster this type of talent to shape its future leadership approach around the globe”.
Guy Marks has been appointed as Ceo of the Emea. Previously Co-Founder of mobile advertising and digital production agency Mobile5, Marks will super-charge OMD’s entrepreneurial mind-set in 2018.
OMD Latam will be led by Brian Crotty. Joining from the creative network AlmapBBDO Brazil, Brian Crotty takes up the position as Ceo of OMD Latin America.
Global business development and communications will be spearheaded by Damian Winstanley. He will report to Adamski overseeing marketing and business development operations globally. Winstanley is no stranger to the OMD network holding roles including Chief Client Officer of Emea where he oversaw the development of an extensive client roster including PepsiCo, Uber, Apple, Sony Pictures and Bacardi.
